Bookmanager Crashing
If Bookmanager keeps crashing, the database files may have become corrupted and need to be re-indexed.
To re-index Bookmanager, you need to do this on the Bookmanager server (the computer closest to the greeting cards). If you try to run it on another station it will take a very very long time.
On the Bookmanager server, go to M Miscellaneous from the main menu. Choose the first option that says 1) Reindex file(s) (repair files from system crash). Put an R next to every line (as we don't know which one may have become corrupted). Then hit page down to run it.
While this is running, none of the other computers can use Bookmanager (I recommend exiting Bookmanager on the other systems).
Process to re-index will take 2-4 minutes to complete.
